Model Description, Structural Features:

1. This pump features a rear access design, eliminating the need to dismantle piping for maintenance.

2. The pump's inlet and outlet flanges are designed for a pressure of 1.6 MPa.

3. The impeller is designed with three (or six) blades, an open impeller, offering high efficiency without the need for axial thrust compensation, easy maintenance, and low clogging opportunities.

4. The pump shaft is supported by a combination of SKF imported cylindrical roller bearings and radial thrust ball bearings (angular contact ball bearings), both lubricated with oil for heavy loads and wear resistance. The cylindrical roller bearings are mounted at the pump end, while the radial thrust ball bearings are face-to-face mounted at the drive end.

5. Axial seals primarily consist of single-end face mechanical seals with pumping rings, packing seals, single-end face mechanical seals, series-type mechanical seals, double-end face mechanical seals, combined sealing of pumping rings and single-end face mechanical seals, and dynamic seals, totaling six types. Users can select according to their requirements and actual operating conditions.

6. The impeller is precision cast with paraffin wax and undergoes dynamic balancing inspection.

7. Materials include cast iron, cast steel, ordinary stainless steel, and dual-phase stainless steel.
