The principle of the crimping machine mainly relies on the operation of the hydraulic system. The oil pump is installed inside the oil tank, immersed in hydraulic oil, to achieve a scientific heat dissipation and noiseless design. The oil pump outputs hydraulic oil under the motor's drive, pushing the plunger in the crimping cylinder to move, causing the mold base to radially contract and thereby squeezing the outer casing of the rubber hose connector. When the contraction reaches the predetermined micron value, the squeezing stops automatically. Subsequently, the electromagnetic directional valve reverses, and the plunger in the cylinder moves in the opposite direction, causing the mold to open, completing the crimping process of the rubber hose. 12
A pipe bender is a hydraulic machine used for clamping pipe assemblies, which applies a shrinkage force through the mold of the bender to securely clamp metal fittings onto high-pressure hydraulic hoses for construction machinery or brake, oil, air conditioning, and power lines on vehicles. This equipment is suitable for various mechanical high and low-pressure oil lines, gas lines, water lines, cable joints, vehicle air conditioning lines, power steering lines, oil lines, and fuel supply lines, and is widely used in industries such as vehicles, construction machinery, hydraulic machinery, and welding equipment.
Pressing machines are categorized by their functions into types such as hydraulic high-pressure pipe pressing machines, brake pipe pressing machines, air conditioning pipe pressing machines, and power pipe pressing machines; by their mechanical structures into straight-tube pressing machines, double-column pressing machines, open-end pressing machines, and C-type pressing machines; and by their control methods into mechanical and electrical pressing machines, PLC pressing machines, and CNC pressing machines. Operators must follow the process specifications to ensure safety and efficiency.
