The temperature and humidity controller products are primarily used for internal temperature and humidity regulation and control in medium and high voltage switchgear, terminal boxes, ring main units, and transformer boxes. They effectively prevent equipment failures caused by low or high temperatures, as well as electrical tracking and flashover accidents due to dampness or condensation.

The humidity and temperature controller is mainly composed of three parts: sensors, controllers, and heaters (or fans, etc.).

The sensor detects the temperature and humidity inside the box and transmits the information to the controller for analysis and processing: When the temperature and humidity inside the box reach or exceed the pre-set values, the relay contacts in the controller close, the heater (or fan) is powered on and starts working to heat or blow air inside the box; after a period of time, if the temperature or humidity inside the box moves away from the set values, the relay contacts in the controller open, and heating or blowing stops. In addition to the basic functions, different models also come with auxiliary functions such as wire break alarm output, transmitter output, communication, and forced heating and blowing.
