Carbon Dioxide Filling Machine Working Principle
The operating principle of the carbon dioxide filling machine mainly includes the following steps:
Material Handling and Positioning: First, place the empty CO2 fire extinguisher cylinder on the front conveyor belt of the filling machine. Then, convey the extinguisher cylinder to the filling position via the conveyor belt. Upon reaching the filling position, secure the extinguisher cylinder in its precise location using the positioning device.
Inflation: Then, the filling machine inflates the fire extinguisher bottles with carbon dioxide gas.
Seal: After inflation, the filling machine seals the mouth of the fire extinguisher bottle to ensure no leakage of carbon dioxide gas.
Inspection: After filling, the filling machine conducts an inspection on the fire extinguisher bottles to ensure their quality and safety performance meet requirements.
The characteristics of the CO2 fire extinguisher filling equipment include:
High level of automation: Utilizing automated technology, the entire process from the feeding of liquid carbon dioxide, pressurization, metering, to filling, is all automatically completed by the equipment, reducing manual operation and enhancing production efficiency.
High efficiency and precision: The entire filling process is automated, enhancing efficiency and accuracy while preventing human errors and safety incidents.
Additionally, some filling machines are equipped with PLC control cabinets, infrared emitters and receivers, etc., which can control the operation of the transmission components, enabling the fixation and filling of extinguisher tanks of different diameters. The entire filling process is ensured for accuracy and safety through precise measurement technology and high-pressure gas boosting techniques.
