GFM16-1 Type Dry Powder Filling Machine
The GFM16-1 type dry powder filling machine is a new product developed by our factory, taking the advantages of domestic and international powder filling machines into account. This machine utilizes vacuum jet technology to rapidly吸入 dry powder into the powder storage cylinder, then filling it into the packaged cylinder. It can also work simultaneously by吸入 and filling. The machine boasts small size, easy mobility, simple operation, and environmental friendliness. It thus reduces labor intensity and improves the working environment. It is particularly suitable for the filling, production, and maintenance of dry powder fire extinguishers and also for filling various types of powdered products, making it an ideal product in the powder filling industry.

This filling machine features two filling methods:
Subtraction weighing filling method:
Check if the hose connections are loose.

3. When testing the machine, please connect it to the ground wire. After the power is turned on, test the pump to ensure the rotation direction matches the required one.
4. Fill containers of various capacities. Depending on the height and diameter of the cylinder (using interfaces of different diameters), align and seal the rubber sealing ring at the bottom of the interface with the cylinder opening.
5. During operation, open the valve located at the bottom of the cylinder (Fig. 1-8).
6. Weigh using the "Subtraction Weighing Method," placing the powder source on the scale, weigh the total weight, then set the scale to: Known total weight - Desired filling weight = Target weighing position. This method of measurement is known as the Subtraction Weighing Method.
7. Turn on the power switch, and the pump begins to operate. At this point, insert the suction tube into the powder source. The powder is drawn into the storage cylinder through the pipeline. As the weighing approaches the set value, adjust the suction volume through the suction tube. Once the set weight is reached, remove the suction tube and insert it into the tube holder for storage.
8. Actuate the directional valve rod several times to clean any remaining powder from the storage cylinder.
9. Close the valves, shake the powder cylinder up, remove the fire extinguisher to be filled, and finish filling.
10. In cases where high precision filling measurement is required, the already filled containers can be re-weighed and adjusted.
Additive weighing and filling method:

4. Remove the powder suction tube from the dry powder filling machine, and connect the suction port on the lid next to it with the suction mouth of the powder storage cylinder.
5. Place the cylinder to be filled on the electronic scale platform, cover the filling end cap on the cylinder to be filled, press the去皮 button. At this point, the scale platform returns to the O position.
6. Turn on the power switch, and the pump begins to operate. At this point, insert the powder intake tube into the powder source, and the powder is drawn into the drum through the pipeline. As the weighing approaches the set value, adjust the intake amount by the powder intake tube. Once the set weight is reached, remove the tube, and the filling process is complete.
1. Maintenance and Repair
Before each operation, the lifting and lowering transmission should be lubricated with an appropriate amount of 20# oil.
2. During operation, the suction tube should not be inserted too deeply into the powder while suctioning, otherwise too much powder will be吸入, leading to pipe blockage.
3. Do not use dry powders exceeding the moisture content percentage or those with severe corrosiveness to prevent damage to equipment.
4. After each use, turn on the machine and push the directional valve rod (Figure 1-16) inward multiple times to clean the residual dust on the filter thoroughly, and ensure all parts of the equipment are clean.
5. After every 500 hours of use, inspect the air filter for blockages. If any blockages are found, they should be cleaned or replaced promptly.
