Safety Operating Procedures for Threaded Pipe Bending Machine
Do not randomly open the electrical box of the fastener machine. If you need anything, please contact the electrician.
2. After ceasing operation of the machine, the main power switch must be turned off.
3. When changing molds, please be sure to stop the machine (especially note this).
4. The inclined surface between the eight-disc seat and the front panel should be kept clean at all times, free of metal shavings and other hard particles. It is mandatory to lubricate before starting the machine each day to maintain proper lubrication.
5. Regularly check for loose positioning screws on the module. Tighten the positioning screws before installing the module.
6. When using an automatic tube bender, be mindful of hand safety.
7. When adjusting the micrometer on the adjusting mandrel machine, use one hand to adjust the micrometer and avoid touching any other parts of your body.
8. Before starting each machine, ensure the wires and terminals from the micrometer regulator are securely connected. When transitioning the micrometer regulator from larger to smaller, first release the press's locking block to avoid human error.
9. A dedicated person must be responsible for maintaining the press machine, and operators must be familiar with the machine's operation procedures.
10. Operators must not test pressure on anything other than the rubber hose.
11. During operation, in case of any accidents, immediately shut down the machine and find the relevant personnel to inspect and repair it.
12. After removing the bolts, turn off all power sources and secure the electrical box.

Caution Points for Pipe Bending Machines
Place the joints as close to the mold center as possible; do not press them against the hex nut.
2. Prevent tools and other foreign objects from entering the extruder head.
3. After each operation, the eight mold holders must be opened to a greater extent to ensure the springs remain extended and the hydraulic cylinders are depressurized, thereby extending the life of the oil seals.
Pipe bender maintenance
1. When the hydraulic oil in the fuel tank exceeds the manufacturer's specified aging time, it should be replaced, or visually inspect the oil level gauge. If the hydraulic oil has oxidized to black, it must be replaced.
2. Always inject anti-wear lubricant onto the moving surface of the mold seat.
3. When the扣管机is not in operation, please cover the dust cover to prevent debris from falling into the mold seat.
