Condensation Crystallization Slicer

Performance and Features of Condensation Crystallization Slicer
1. There are 3 methods of material intake: top intake, rear intake, and bottom intake. For the characteristics of chemical materials, there are single drum and double drum designs.
2. Insulation in material troughs includes steam insulation, heat oil recirculation insulation, and electric heating insulation.
3. Equipment is available in open, semi-enclosed, fully enclosed, vacuum, and nitrogen-purged styles.
4. Blade materials include: brass, phosphor bronze, nylon, phenolic wood, and alloy steel saw blades.
5. The material discharge system includes single outlet and double outlet options.
6. Special Requirements: The regular shape and size of the material ensure uniformity in thickness and size.
7. The cooling (or heating) system is designed with jacketed or spray type, tailored to the size specifications of the slicer and the characteristics of the material. This design enhances heat exchange efficiency and boosts the drum's strength, thereby increasing the yield of the product.
8. The cooling water system employs packed seal or rotating joints, reliably preventing water leakage, and utilizes a new process to reduce the consumption of cooling water.
9. The drum ends are equipped with insulation layers and side scrapers, ensuring no material buildup at the drum ends. This eliminates frictional power consumption at the drum ends and resolves the issue of unstable operation caused by end surface material buildup.
