Performance and Features of Condensation Crystallization Slicer
1. There are 3 methods of material intake: top feeding, rear feeding, and bottom feeding. For the characteristics of chemical materials, there are single drum and double drum designs.
2. Insulation for material troughs includes steam insulation, circulating oil heat preservation, and electric heating insulation.
3. Equipment is available in open, semi-enclosed, fully enclosed, vacuum, and nitrogen-purged styles.
4. Blade materials include brass, beryllium copper, nylon, phenolic wood, and alloy steel saw blades.
5. The material discharge system includes single discharge and double discharge options.
6. Special Requirements: The regular shape and size of the material can ensure the uniformity of the material's thickness and size.
7. The cooling or (heating) system features jacketed or spray type, designed according to the size specifications of the slicing machine and the characteristics of the material. It enhances heat exchange efficiency, increases the drum's strength, and improves the yield of the relative product.
8. Cooling water is sealed with packing or rotating joints, reliably preventing leaks, and a new process has been implemented to reduce the consumption of cooling water.
9. Both ends of the drum are equipped with heat-insulating layers and side scrapers. The drum ends do not accumulate material, thereby eliminating frictional power consumption at the drum ends and resolving the issue of unstable operation caused by material buildup at the ends.
