Crystalline Slicing Machine

Performance and Features of Condensation Crystallization Slicer
1. There are three types of material feeding methods: top feeding, bottom feeding, and rear feeding. For the characteristics of chemical materials, there are single drum and double drum configurations.
2. Insulation for material troughs includes steam insulation, heat oil circulation insulation, and electric heating insulation.
3. Equipment is available in open, semi-enclosed, fully enclosed, vacuum, and nitrogen-purged configurations.
4. Blade materials include: brass, phosphor bronze, nylon, phenolic wood, and alloy steel blades.
5. The material discharge system includes single discharge and double discharge options.
6. Special Requirements: The specified shape and size of the material can ensure the uniformity of the material's thickness and size.
7. The cooling or (heating) system is designed with jacketed or spray type, tailored to the size specifications of the slicing machine and the characteristics of the material. This design enhances heat exchange efficiency, strengthens the drum, and increases the yield of the product.
8. The cooling water system employs packed seal or rotating joints, ensuring reliable prevention of water leakage, and incorporates a new process to reduce the consumption of cooling water.
9. The drum ends are equipped with heat insulation and side knives, ensuring no material accumulation at the drum ends. This eliminates frictional power consumption at the drum ends and solves the issue of unstable operation caused by end face material buildup.
