Performance and Features of Condensation Crystallization Slicer
1. We offer three feeding methods: top feeding, bottom feeding, and side feeding. For chemical materials, we have single drum and double drum options.
2. Insulation for material troughs includes steam insulation, heat oil recirculation insulation, and electric heating insulation.
3. Equipment is categorized into open type, semi-enclosed type, fully enclosed type, vacuum type, and nitrogen protection type.
4. Blade materials include: brass, phosphor bronze, nylon, phenolic wood, and alloy steel blades.
5. The material discharge system includes single discharge and double discharge options.
6. Special Requirements: Ensures the specified shape and size of materials, with guaranteed uniformity in thickness and size.
7. The cooling (or heating) system is available in jacketed or spray type, designed according to the size specifications of the slicing machine and the characteristics of the material. This design enhances heat exchange efficiency, strengthens the drum, and increases the yield of the relative product.
8. The cooling water system utilizes packed seal or rotating joints, ensuring reliable prevention of leaks, and has implemented a new process to reduce the consumption of cooling water.
9. Both ends of the drum are equipped with heat insulation and side scraper blades. The drum ends do not cake material, thereby eliminating frictional power consumption at the drum ends and resolving the issue of unstable startup caused by material cake on the ends.
