Film Coating Machine

Performance and Features of Condensation Crystallization Slicer
1. There are 3 methods of material intake: top intake, bottom intake, and rear intake. For the characteristics of chemical materials, there are single drum and double drum designs.
2. Insulation for material troughs includes steam insulation, heat oil circulation insulation, and electric heating insulation.
3. Equipment is categorized into open, semi-enclosed, fully enclosed, vacuum, and nitrogen-purged types.
4. Blade materials include: brass, beryllium copper, nylon, phenolic wood, and alloy steel saw blades.
5. The discharge system includes single and double outputs.
6. Special Requirements: The regular shape and size of the material ensure uniformity in thickness and size.
7. Cooling or (heating) systems are available in jacketed or spray-type designs, tailored to the slicing machine's size specifications and material characteristics. This enhances heat exchange efficiency, increases drum strength, and improves the yield of the product.
8. The cooling water system employs packed gland or rotating joints, ensuring reliable prevention of leaks, and utilizes a new process that reduces the consumption of cooling water.
9. The drum ends are equipped with insulation layers and side scrapers, ensuring no material buildup at the drum ends. This eliminates frictional power consumption at the drum ends and resolves the issue of unstable operation caused by end face material buildup.
