Drum Coating Film Machine

Performance and Features of Condensation Crystallization Slicer
1. There are 3 methods of material intake: upstream, downstream, and bottom intake. For the characteristics of chemical materials, there are single drum and double drum designs.
2. Insulation for material troughs includes steam insulation, heat oil recirculation insulation, and electric heating insulation.
3. Equipment is available in open, semi-enclosed, fully enclosed, vacuum, and nitrogen-purged configurations.
4. Blade materials include: brass, beryllium copper, nylon, phenolic wood, and alloy steel saw blades.
5. The feeding system includes single outlet and double outlet options.
6. Special Requirements: The specified shape and size of the material can ensure uniform thickness and size consistency of the material sheets.
7. Cooling or (heating) systems are available in jacketed or spray type, designed according to the slicing machine's size specifications and material characteristics. They enhance heat exchange efficiency, increase drum strength, and improve the yield of the relative product.
8. The cooling water system utilizes packed seal or rotating joints, ensuring reliable prevention of leaks and employs a new process to reduce the consumption of cooling water.
9. The drum ends are equipped with insulating layers and side scrapers, ensuring no material buildup at the drum ends. This eliminates frictional power consumption at the drum ends and resolves the issue of unstable start-up due to end face material buildup.
