Lifting Truck Boarding Features:
1. Lifting Arm: Four telescopic sections with length sensors installed. The lifting angle and operating height are automatically displayed on the electric control panel, clearly visible. Single hydraulic lifting cylinder with a double-acting balance valve for stable arm operation. The vehicle is not equipped with a crane.
2. Four hydraulic jacks: Each jack is equipped with a leg extension sensor and a bidirectional hydraulic lock installed separately. Their functions are as follows: to ensure that the jacks do not retract automatically after being lowered; if they are not extended fully or not extended at all, an alarm will sound, and the self-locking mechanism on top will prevent operation, ensuring safe operation. The leg control valve is a manual valve, allowing individual control of the four jacks.
3. 360-degree rotation with dual-position operation on the rotation and work bucket, PLC electric control (consisting of two control boxes).
4. Work bucket: Capable of horizontal and vertical movement for easy operation. The work bucket has a load limit of 200kg.
5. Equipped with a power unit, which means that in case of the main vehicle failure, this power unit can be used for emergency purposes. It can also achieve the extension of the arm and the telescopic movement of the legs. This action is added with a manual switch and an electric control switch, providing flexible operation.
