Factory offering large quantities of high-temperature-resistant silica-alumina wool, fully qualified. Welcome to purchase!

Production Process
1. Common molten aluminum silicate wool is a fluffy fiber produced by blowing molten through a resistance furnace, using hard clay clinker as the raw material.
2. High-alumina alumino-silicate wool is a fluffy fiber produced by melting a mixture of high-purity alumina and silicon stone powder in a resistance furnace and then blowing it.
3. Zirconium-containing silicate aluminum wool is a fluffy fiber produced by melting high-purity alumina, silicon stone powder, and zirconium sand in a resistance furnace and blowing it.
4. Silicone-alumina fiber with binder, which is made by adding a certain proportion of binder during the blowing process of the aforementioned fiber.
Technical Specifications
1. Low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity.
2. Excellent heat stability, chemical stability, and sound absorption.
3. Non-corrosive materials.
Product Applications
1. Equipment sandwich filling.
2. Raw materials for vacuum forming products.
3. Raw materials for fiber castable, coating, sprayable materials, and fiber paper.
4. Silicone-alumina fiber with rubber content is the raw material for dry-formed boards, tubes, shells, and special-shaped components.
