Equipment Advantages: Uniform and aesthetically pleasing coating, ensures product quality, boosts efficiency, enhances profitability, and eliminates human injury.
The spray painting robot is primarily composed of the robot body, computer, and the corresponding control system. Hydraulic-driven spray painting robots also include hydraulic oil sources such as oil pumps, tanks, and motors. They commonly use a 5 or 6-axis articulated structure, offering a wide range of motion for the arm and the ability to perform complex trajectory movements. The wrist typically has 2 to 3 degrees of freedom, allowing for flexible movement. Advanced spray painting robots feature a flexible wrist that can bend in various directions and rotate, mimicking the human wrist's motion, enabling easy insertion through small holes to paint the inner surfaces of workpieces. These robots are generally powered by hydraulic systems, characterized by fast operation speeds and good explosion-proof performance. They can be taught through manual guidance or point teaching.
Spray requirements: Workpiece surface must be clean and free of oil stains, rust spots, and debris.
Industry Applications: Container, Trailer Bed, Construction, Trailer Undercarriage, Shipbuilding, Power Industry, Mining Machinery, Auto Parts, Pressure Vessels, etc.
