Equipment Introduction: This automatic container welding line consists of a door panel assembly spot welding station, left and right corrugated door automatic welding stations (two sets), and a top and bottom cross welding station (one set). Each station automatically completes the welding of the door panel's seams and the transition between stations through a conveying roller set and an automatic control system; achieving single-person operation and management of the entire line. The door panel has four seams, which belong to two different seam structures, so two tracking and welding modes are used for construction.
