◆ Nitrogen Supply Unit Overview
Nitrogen Supply EquipmentA gas seal device powered by the energy of the adjusted medium, without external energy, automatically controls the flow rate of the valve medium, maintaining a constant pressure after the valve. Now widely used in gas seal and nitrogen seal systems for storage tanks, thermal oil tanks, ultra-pure water, etc.
Nitrogen Supply Valve (Nitrogen Supply Unit) Features: High control accuracy, about twice as precise as general direct operation pressure regulators. Wide regulating pressure difference ratio (e.g., 0.8MPa before the valve, 0.001MPa after the valve), especially suitable for micro-pressure gas control.
Pressure settings can be achieved on the controller, thus making it convenient, quick, and labor-saving, allowing for continuous settings while in operation.

◆ Nitrogen Supply Unit Operating Principle:
When the tank outlet valve is opened and the user is discharging, the liquid level drops, the vapor phase volume increases, the nitrogen pressure inside the tank decreases, the nitrogen supply valve opens, nitrogen is injected into the tank, the nitrogen pressure inside the tank rises, and the nitrogen supply valve automatically closes when the tank pressure reaches the set pressure of the nitrogen supply valve.
When the liquid inlet valve of the tank is opened and material is added to the tank, the liquid level rises, the volume of the gas phase decreases, and the pressure increases. When the pressure exceeds the set value of the nitrogen vent valve, the nitrogen vent valve opens, releasing nitrogen to the outside, which decreases the nitrogen pressure inside the tank. When the pressure inside the tank drops to the set value of the nitrogen vent valve, the valve closes automatically.
