Oil-Hydrogen Differential Pressure Regulating Valve Overview:
Hydrogen-hydrocarbon differential pressure regulating valve is used for the sealing oil system of power generation sets. It compares the sum of hydrogen pressure and spring pressure with oil pressure. When a pressure difference occurs, the valve stem moves up and down, thereby affecting the valve opening.
The differential pressure valve adjusts the outlet flow and pressure accordingly, achieving pressure balance. Meanwhile, the pressure difference ΔP between hydrogen and oil pressure remains relatively constant. The differential pressure value ΔP can be adjusted by regulating the spring.

Oil-Hydrogen Differential Pressure Regulating Valve Installation:
The pressure differential valve, when used in the sealing oil system of a hydrogen-cooled power generation unit, operates with turbine oil as the working medium at a temperature of ≤70°C. The main pressure differential valve is vertically installed on the horizontal pipelines at both ends of the bypass side oil, while the standby pressure differential valve is provided.
Also vertically mounted on the horizontal pipeline of the series-connected high-pressure auxiliary oil circuit. The direction of medium flow must be consistent with the arrow indicated on the differential pressure valve.
