The ZAZM series electric sleeve regulating valves receive DC current signals from regulating instruments, altering the flow rate of the medium being adjusted, thereby maintaining the controlled process parameters at the set value. They are widely used in the production automation control of various industrial sectors such as power, metallurgy, chemicals, petroleum, light industry, textile, and papermaking. The nominal bore size of this series ranges from 20 to 200mm, with nominal pressures of 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4MPa, and operating temperature ranges from -40℃ to 450℃, accepting signals of 0~10mA.DC or 4~20mA.DC. The electric single-seat regulating valve is suitable for conditions with small pressure differences, high medium viscosity, or slight particulate impurities. The electric sleeve regulating valve is suitable for situations with large pressure differences. They are divided into metal-metal and non-metal-metal sealing based on the material of the valve internal sealing part, with the latter achieving a leakage rate up to VI level (zero leakage) when the valve is closed. They can be categorized into general packing sealing and bellows sealing based on the type of packing, with the former used in general applications and the latter in critical applications where external leakage is not permitted. The flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. They come in different types and sizes for selection.
