The pneumatic bottom discharge valve comes in two structural types, A being the overhead type, and B the bottom-mounted type. It can be equipped with HA diaphragm actuator and VA, VP cylinder actuators.
Exhibition A: When the valve is open, the valve core moves inward towards the reactor. When sediment accumulates in the reactor tank, opening the valve allows for easy sediment discharge. Additionally, the medium inside the tank exerts pressure on the valve core, acting as a check valve.
B-Down Flow: When the valve is open, the valve core moves inward. The valve is prone to close when the reaction kettle needs thorough stirring or when a negative pressure (vacuum) occurs at the bottom of the kettle. When the kettle is under vacuum, it can act as a check valve.
The leakage rate of the regulating valve conforms to GB/T 4213-2008 standard.
