The ZXP series pneumatic diaphragm control valves feature a top guided structure and are equipped with multi-spring actuators. They offer advantages such as compact design, lightweight, sensitive operation, S-shaped streamlined fluid passage, low pressure drop, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and easy assembly and disassembly. They are widely used for precise control of gases, liquids, and other media, maintaining process parameters like pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level at specified values. Particularly suitable for applications with small allowable leakage and relatively low pressure difference between the valve's front and back. This series includes standard, regulating-cut-off, bellows-sealed, and jacket-insulated types, among others. The nominal pressure ratings are PN10, 16, 40, and 64, with valve body sizes ranging from DN20 to 200. They are applicable to a wide range of fluid temperatures from -200℃ to 560℃. Leakage standards are available in IV or VI grades. Flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. A variety of types and specifications are available for selection.
