The ZAZM series electric sleeve regulating valves accept DC current signals from regulating instruments, altering the flow rate of the medium being adjusted to maintain controlled process parameters at the set value. They are widely used in the production automation control of industrial sectors such as power, metallurgy, chemicals, petroleum, light industry, and papermaking. This series features nominal bore sizes from 20 to 200mm, nominal pressures of 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4MPa, and operating temperature ranges from -40℃ to 450℃, with signal inputs of 0~10mA.DC or 4~20mA.DC. The electric single-seat regulating valve is suitable for applications with low pressure differentials, high medium viscosity, or slight particulate impurities. The electric sleeve regulating valve is suitable for high-pressure differential applications. They are available in two types of sealing materials: metal-to-metal and non-metal-to-metal, with the latter achieving a leakage rate up to VI grade (zero leakage) when the valve is closed. They can be classified into two types of packing: general packing and bellows packing, with the former for general use and the latter for critical applications where external leakage is not permitted. Flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. They come in two types of actuators: standard and electronic. A variety of sizes and types are available for selection.
