The ZXP series pneumatic diaphragm control valves feature a top-guided structure and are equipped with a multi-spring actuator. They offer advantages such as compact structure, lightweight, sensitive operation, S-shaped fluid passage, low pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and easy assembly and disassembly. They are widely used for precise control of gases, liquids, and other media, maintaining process parameters like pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level at set values. Particularly suitable for applications where the valve's front and rear pressure differences are small and the allowable leakage is low. This series includes standard, regulating-cut-off, bellows-sealed, and jacket-insulated types. The nominal pressure ratings are PN10, 16, 40, and 64, with valve body bore sizes ranging from DN20 to 200. They are suitable for a wide range of fluid temperatures from -200℃ to 560℃. Leakage standards are available in IV or VI levels. Flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. A variety of types and specifications are available for selection.
