The ZXP series new pneumatic diaphragm direct-acting single seat regulating valves feature a top-guided structure and are equipped with multi-spring actuators. They offer compact structure, light weight, sensitive operation, S-shaped streamline fluid channels, minimal pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and easy assembly and disassembly. They are widely used for precise control of gases, liquids, and other mediums, maintaining process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level at given values. Particularly suitable for applications where the valve's front and rear pressure differences are not significant and leakage is allowed to be minimal. This series includes standard, regulating-cut-off, bellows-sealed, and jacket-insulated types. The nominal pressure ratings are PN10, 16, 40, and 64; and the valve body diameter ranges from DN20 to DN200. Suitable for a wide range of temperatures from -200°C to 560°C. Leakage standards are available in IV or VI levels. Flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. A variety of types and specifications are available for selection.
