The Automatic Liquid-Liquid Extraction Instrument is a common pretreatment operation in laboratories at all levels. Manual extraction is labor-intensive, inefficient, and poses a significant risk of inhaling toxic gases. The commonly available automatic liquid-liquid extraction instruments mainly include reciprocating oscillation, 360-degree flip, stirring, and jet flow types, each with its own drawbacks. The first two require manual venting, only saving the oscillation process, while the latter two are prone to solvent evaporation and are difficult to clean. The Automatic Liquid-Liquid Extraction Instrument draws on the strengths of similar products, avoids their shortcomings, and innovatively adopts a closed-loop air flow oscillation principle. It can be started with one button, performs automatic extraction; there's no need to vent during the extraction process; it automatically cleans up after extraction; the waste liquid is adsorbed by an activated carbon adsorption tank and automatically discharged. All operational instructions and parameters can be controlled through a liquid crystal touch screen. It boasts high automation, time and labor savings, energy conservation, and environmental protection. It is suitable for various liquid-liquid extraction scenarios in water quality monitoring, such as water oil, volatile phenols, etc.
Utilizing vertical oscillating extraction method, the extraction process automatically releases gas, which is centrally collected and processed through a protective core. With a single-button start, automatic sample loading, silent oscillating extraction, waste gases are collected and filtered through a filter core before being automatically discharged, achieving intelligent and automated extraction experiments. This instrument boasts a high degree of automation, enhancing extraction efficiency while effectively preventing contact between people and volatile gases from the toxic automatic liquid-liquid extraction instrument, as well as avoiding secondary pollution caused by direct discharge of waste gases.
Intelligent Fully Automatic Liquid-Liquid Extraction Instrument Maintenance
Please maintain a clean environment; excessive dust and high temperature and humidity can affect the lifespan of the machine.
2. Oils and non-polar solvents may cause damage to CNC pump tubes; avoid contact.
3. Regularly inspect the CNC pump tubes for any sticking issues and wear levels, especially when the liquid flow rate through the column decreases. If the CNC pump tubes show sticking or significant wear, they should be promptly replaced with new ones.
4. Before cleaning the device, please disconnect the power plug from the AC power outlet. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the device. Do not use liquid cleaners or spray cleaners during cleaning. Operating the device in a clean, cool, and dry environment can extend its lifespan.
5. Please place this unit on a level laboratory table or within a fume hood for use. Do not allow the automatic liquid-liquid extraction instrument to be near heat sources, and ensure that no items block the ventilation holes on the front and bottom panels.
6. When the intelligent fully automatic liquid-liquid extraction instrument is not in use for an extended period, please unplug the power cord and pull the pressure rod downwards on the pump head bracket inside the cabinet to release the CNC pump tube. This prevents tube adhesion; upon resuming use, check for any tube aging of the CNC pump tube, and replace if necessary.
