1. When using the instrument for the first time, it is recommended to use pure water or distilled water to prevent scale buildup from prolonged use. Fill the liquid level to the red line on the level window, which can be recycled for over half a year. If the cooling effect is poor when the yellow line is at the cold level, do not overfill to the red line when adding more water.
2. The connection between the distillation flask and condenser flask is well-sealed. The sealing plug of the distillation flask is effectively connected to the solenoid valve through a flexible tube, preventing gas leakage.
3. No other debris is allowed near the tray during the experiment to prevent affecting the accuracy of the weighing.
4. When the room temperature during summer reaches 25°C, the refrigeration effect may decrease. It is recommended to connect an external cooling system or use tap water for cooling and temperature reduction.
5. When the room temperature during winter drops to 0°C, proper cold protection for the instrument is necessary to prevent condensation devices from cracking and becoming unusable.
6. Weight sensor range: 3kg, please use the time control mode for any other requirements.
For the two consecutive distillation experiments, do not turn off the cold water circulation switch after the initial test to ensure condensation efficiency.

Inspect the cooling water recirculation system
Turn on the cold water circulation switch, the condenser tube starts to fill with water, check for any leaks at the interfaces; if there are leaks, reseal the connections. Once the condenser tube's circulating water is filled, the water tank should be at a normal level between the yellow and red lines. You can determine if the circulating water is running normally by observing whether the flow gauge on the front right of the instrument is rotating.
2. Specific operational procedures
Add distilled water to the distillation flask, which is sealed and connected to the hollow, sealed stopper, tubing, and anti-siphon device above. The long arm opening is sealed connected to the condensation flask. The condensed liquid from the condensation flask is sealed connected to the receiving flask via tubing.
2.1 Distillation Experiment Selection
Turn on the main and auxiliary switches, go to the "Pre-set Menu" screen, press the "Select" button to choose "1. Experiment Selection," then press the "Confirm" button to enter the "Experiment Selection" screen. Press the "Select" button again to choose "", confirm with "Confirm," and press the "Back" button to return to the "Pre-set Menu" screen. For each experiment's distillation endpoint control: weight setting and time setting, default values are provided, which users can adjust according to their needs.
2.2 Selecting Overall Power Rating
In the "Pre-set Menu" interface, select "2. Total Power" and press the "Confirm" key to enter. Choose the desired power and press "Confirm" to select. Return to the "Pre-set Menu" interface. This option is selected based on the user's requirements and the power supply's voltage-bearing capacity; the default factory setting is 3600W.
3.3 Select Control Mode
In the "Pre-set Menu" interface, select "3. Control Mode" and press the "Confirm" key to enter. Choose the desired control mode and press the "Back" key to return to the "Pre-set Menu" interface. This setting can be customized according to user requirements; if no specific needs, the default factory setting of "Dual Control" (time and weight control of distillation endpoint, both using control principles) can be retained.
