The installation sequence of the fully automatic distillation unit is from bottom to top, and from left to right. Ensure that the part of the distillation unit is closer to the water tank, i.e., near the water tank. The axis of the entire unit should be on a single plane, and this plane should be parallel to the edge of the experimental table.
Before installing the fully automatic integrated distillation unit, inspect the installation surface, power supply, and installation space to ensure the surface is secure, the voltage is stable, and the space is adequate.
Detailed installation steps for integrated distillation equipment:
Install beam, glassware; according to the drawings, secure the beam, condenser bracket, condenser, and distillation flask to the instrument, and then connect the recirculating water pipes.
2. Power on the instrument and connect the power plug to the main power source and the auxiliary power source separately.
3. Fill the cooling water, place one side of the silicone tube in the sink (do not directly connect to the water tap), and connect the other side to the instrument's water inlet. Then, turn on the main switch, press the water filling switch on the display screen. The water tank will start filling. Observe the liquid level height through the liquid level window on the front left of the instrument. Close the water filling switch on the water tank when the liquid level reaches the desired position.
