Fully Automatic Liquid-Liquid Extraction Apparatus CHCQ-6 with Manual Addition of Reagents Fully automatic liquid-liquid extraction instrument, which, by adjusting the air pressure, causes the sample and extracting agent to collide and mix thoroughly, achieving liquid-liquid extraction. The entire process is automated, reducing experimental risks and significantly enhancing extraction efficiency. The machine features one-touch operation, simplicity, and automatic exhaust and waste liquid discharge with filtration, minimizing sample contamination of the laboratory environment and ensuring a safe working environment for experimenters. Widely applicable in industries such as petrochemicals, biopharmaceuticals, environmental protection, metallurgy, and food processing.
The automatic liquid-liquid extraction apparatus includes a controller, extraction tank, stirrer, phase separator sensor, and solenoid valve. The extraction tank is composed of an upper tank and a lower tank. After the upper and lower tanks are sealed and connected, an internal cavity is formed for containing the solution to be extracted. The upper tank has exhaust ports and stirrer inlets on its two sides, and an inlet is located at the top. The bottom of the lower tank has an inlet for the outlet pipe, which is sequentially fitted with a phase separator sensor, solenoid valve from top to bottom. Below the outlet pipe is a collector. The phase separator sensor is a fiber optic probe or copper electrode, located inside a pipe extending from and connected to the outlet pipe. This extraction unit features high automation, excellent extraction performance, stable operation, and ease of use. A new type of automatic liquid-liquid extraction apparatus is used to extract standard liquid, which can reduce manual labor and ensure uniform mixing without hand force deficiency. The test results show a very good correlation of the calibration curve, R2=0.9999, with a standard material recovery rate between 98%-102%. Water samples are extracted using an automatic solid-phase extraction method, detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, with retention time and selected ion qualitative analysis, using菲-D10 as the internal standard for quantitative analysis. The comparison with the automatic liquid-liquid extraction method shows that the recovery of water-soluble substances is better with the solid-phase extraction method. The detection limits of water-soluble substances by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry are between 1.0~2.4 μg/L. The recovery rates of water-soluble substances by automatic solid-phase extraction range from 73.5% to 92.0%, with relative standard deviations between 1.0% and 8.1%. The recovery rates of water-soluble substances by automatic liquid-liquid extraction range from 63.7% to 89.7%, with relative standard deviations between 2.6% and 8.7%. Comparison of the two methods indicates better recovery with the solid-phase extraction method.
