There are a total of 5 zones in the equipment: the import, preheat, heating, cooling, and export zones.
The equipment features a total of two vacuum chambers, both inside and out, distinguishing itself from similar products with a single-layer vacuum chamber. The two-chamber design ensures no oxidation of the workpiece and no formic acid leakage. Oxygen content is below 5 ppm.
Programmable multi-stage vacuum extraction function: The equipment can achieve programmable 3-5 stage vacuum extraction during vacuum extraction, allowing for precise control of the vacuum extraction rate, and can accurately maintain a constant vacuum value, thereby achieving better welding quality.
Quick vacuum pump function: Each vacuum pump is paired with an auxiliary vacuum vessel, effectively reducing the vacuuming time in each area of the chamber. Faster vacuuming speed with easier control. Working vacuum level: 20 Pa.
Precision transmission and positioning features: High-precision sensors ensure each workpiece is accurately transported to the designated position, while each area is equipped with a set of stop mechanisms to prevent the fixture from exceeding the specified travel distance.
Dual heating system design: Top and bottom independent temperature control heating to effectively improve welding defects caused by uneven module base plates.
Real-time temperature monitoring for each temperature zone: Each preheat, heating, and cooling zone has 6 temperature sensing points, totaling 18, to monitor the evenness of the heating plate temperature. If the temperature difference exceeds the set value, the equipment will immediately alarm. Achieve real-time monitoring of the temperature uniformity during product welding through a single zone's 6-channel temperature sensing alarm system, ensuring product welding quality.
