The V8-200-3 Vacuum Formic Acid Reflux Furnace is specifically designed and optimized for the special vacuum welding and encapsulation needs of lead frame products for the semiconductor industry, LED products, and power devices. Taking into account the many issues faced by industry clients, this is a vacuum furnace meticulously optimized and designed.
