Overview of External Vessel Reactor

       The heating methods for the external reactor of the pipe extrusion furnace include electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), and open flame heating, etc.

       The types of agitation generally include paddle, anchor, frame, ribbon, and scraper types.

       Jacketed forms include: jacketed type and external semi-tube type. All jacketed oil heating types are equipped with a flow guide device.

       Axial seals are available in standard water-cooled packing, composite PTFE packing, and mechanical seals.

       Material discharge options include ball valves and gate valves.

       The external drum reaction kettle relies on the thorough mixing of the reacting substances. For physical processes such as heating, cooling, liquid extraction, and gas absorption, a stirrer is required to achieve optimal results.
