BA-30# Epoxy Primer is a solvent-based epoxy resin paint, a penetrating type primer.

Features

Excellent penetration and sealing properties on porous substrates such as concrete and terrazzo, reinforcing substrate strength and providing superior inter-adhesion.

Purpose

Can be used as a universal primer for the eight-brand epoxy paint series, applied to concrete, terrazzo, or other substrates.

Installation Instructions

Mix: Pour A and B components into the mixing drum in the specified ratio and mix thoroughly.

Application Method: Spray, brush, or roll coating.

Reference Dosage: Approximately 0.15 kg/㎡.

Tool Cleaning: Cai Tian Ba Brand Epoxy Thinner.

Construction Conditions: It is recommended to use this product above 10°C. To prevent condensation, the substrate must be dry and clean, with moisture content less than 4% and relative humidity of the air less than 85%. Good ventilation should be maintained during construction in confined spaces and during the drying period.

First coat with paint: Apply BA-30# epoxy primer directly onto the pre-treated surface.

Painted with lacquer: Color Field Brand 8 various intermediate or topcoats.

Cautionary Notes

1. During construction, a clean environment is required, with dry, dust-free air.

2. During construction and curing, if the relative humidity of the air exceeds 80%, the paint film surface may exhibit re-adhesion and loss of luster; however, if the film strength is unaffected, it will not impact the quality of the floor.

3. Air circulation affects drying time.

4. The undercoat should be applied evenly to the substrate, as the condition of the substrate will affect the coating amount, drying time, and recoating intervals.

Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area, protected from moisture, sun exposure, and freezing.

Shelf Life: 12 months.

Use this product with care. Ingestion is harmful or fatal; seek medical attention immediately if swallowed. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Always take precautions against fire and explosion. The disposal of residues should comply with relevant national or local safety regulations.
