BA-30# Epoxy Primer is a solvent-based epoxy resin paint, a penetrating type primer.

Features

Excellent permeability and sealing properties for porous substrates such as concrete and terrazzo, reinforcing substrate strength and providing excellent interfacial adhesion.

Usage

Can be used as a universal undercoat for the eight brands of epoxy paint series, applied to concrete, terrazzo, or other substrates.

Installation Instructions

Mix: Pour the A and B components into the mixing drum in the specified proportions and mix thoroughly.

Application Method: Spray, brush, or roll on application.

Reference Dosage: Approximately 0.15 kg/㎡.

Tool Cleaning: Cai Tian 8 Brand Epoxy Thinner.

Application Conditions: It is recommended to use this product above 10℃. To prevent condensation, the surface must be dry and clean with moisture content less than 4% and relative humidity of the air less than 85%. Good ventilation should be maintained during application in confined spaces and during the drying period.

First coat with paint: Apply BA-30# epoxy primer directly to the pre-treated surface.

Paint coated: Color Field Brand 8 various intermediate or topcoats.

Cautionary Notes

1. During construction, a clean environment is required with dry, dust-free air.

2. During construction and curing, if the relative humidity of the air exceeds 80%, there may be re-adhesion and loss of luster on the paint film surface; however, if the film strength is not compromised, it will not affect the quality of the floor.

3. Air circulation affects the drying time.

4. The undercoat should be evenly coated on the base surface. The condition of the base surface will affect the coating amount, drying time, and recoating intervals.

Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area, protected from moisture, sunlight, and freezing.

Shelf Life: 12 months.

Use this product with caution. Ingestion is harmful or fatal; seek medical attention immediately if swallowed. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Always take preventive measures; prevent fire and explosion. Disposal of residues should comply with relevant national or local safety regulations.
