Engineering 1. Ground Treatment

After applying floor paint, first remove cement slurry and loose debris from the surface. Sanding the floor surface must be completed with a sanding machine and thoroughly cleaned. Use a wire brush to clean the oily parts on the floor, which requires special cleaning methods. Apply putty to the holes and noticeable dents on the floor to fill with a trowel. After drying, polish and vacuum.

Process 2: Primer Application

In the treatment of clean and flat surfaces, apply the coating in batches using permeable solvent-based epoxy primer materials. The primer material has strong penetration, which can penetrate into the interior of the base material, thereby enhancing the adhesion between the coating and the base. The coating must be continuous and uninterrupted. The amount of coating is based on the surface just saturated. According to CNS8083, the requirement is higher than 25kgf/cm². Mix quartz sand with epoxy (EPOXY) and 40-100 mesh quartz sand (natural quartz sand, hard and wear-resistant). Stir well the mortar evenly on the primer with a trowel to form a pressure-resistant layer. The epoxy mortar is fluid, which can fill in the original ground depressions during construction, making the ground smoother. Quartz sand has hardness, wear resistance, and pressure resistance. Due to the frequent movement of heavy objects, the quartz sand layer can withstand the rolling pressure on the floor, thereby extending the service life of the floor. Engineering 3: Intermediate Coating Application

After grinding, visually inspect the surface of the quartz sand layer to ensure the floor's wear resistance, pressure resistance, collision resistance, water resistance, mineral oil resistance, and resistance to acid and alkaline solutions, and adjust the floor's flatness. Quartz powder and epoxy floor paint are used as an intermediate coating and must be thoroughly mixed and made smooth. This process is mainly used to enhance the leveling performance of the ground. After it dries hard, if there are numbness and cracks, repair them first, then grind with a flat grinder to make it smooth and vacuum clean. This will make the ground more even and easier to identify any remaining defects on the ground, allowing for the leveling of the next layer of construction. After the intermediate coating of the floor paint is dry, apply the epoxy floor paint using the even coating method. For example, after the intermediate coating is dried, the equipment installation and adjustment are carried out first, which will create new defects on the ground. The surface layer should be leveled and ground with a spatula, and the surface layer should be constructed after vacuuming and cleaning. Application requirements for transparent floor paint: 1. Prior to application, the original floor must have a strength exceeding 3,000 psi, the surface should be flat and free of sand, and the moisture content should be less than 8%.

Flooring Paint Application Requirement 2. The ground must be flat with a smoothness of up to 2 meters.

4. No oil, wax, paint, latex paint, or other residues are allowed on the floor. If special solvents are used, they must be cleaned or polished with the appropriate solvent.
