BA-30# Epoxy Primer is a solvent-based epoxy resin paint, a penetrating primer.

Features

Excellent permeability and sealing properties for porous substrates such as concrete and terrazzo, reinforcing the base material's strength and providing excellent adhesion.

Usage

Can be used as a universal undercoat for the eight brand epoxy paint series, applied to concrete, terrazzo, or other substrates.

Installation Instructions

Mix: Pour the A and B components into the mixing drum in the specified proportions and mix thoroughly.

Application Method: Spray, brush, or roll-on application.

Recommended Dosage: Approximately 0.15 kg/sq. m.

Tool Cleaning: Cai Tian 8 Brand Epoxy Thinner.

Construction Conditions: It is recommended to use this product above 10°C. To prevent condensation, the substrate must be dry and clean with a moisture content less than 4% and relative air humidity less than 85%. Good ventilation should be maintained during construction in confined spaces and during drying.

First coat of paint: Apply BA-30# epoxy primer directly onto the pre-treated surface.

Painted with lacquer: Various mid-coats or topcoats from the Cai Tian 8 Brand.

Important Notes

1. During construction, a clean environment is required with dry, dust-free air.

During construction and curing, if the relative humidity of the air is greater than 80%, the coating surface may exhibit re-sticking and loss of luster; however, if the coating strength is not compromised, it will not affect the quality of the floor.

3. Air circulation affects the drying time.

4. The undercoat should be applied evenly to form a film on the base surface. The condition of the base surface will affect the coating amount, drying time, and recoating interval.

Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated area, protected from moisture, sunlight, and freezing.

Shelf Life: 12 months.

Use this product with caution. Ingestion is harmful or fatal; seek medical attention immediately if swallowed. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Always take preventive measures; fire and explosion hazards. Disposal of residues should comply with relevant national or local safety regulations.
