Project | Radio Wave Sensor | Flanged probe | Note |
Transmission Signal | p24 Radio Wave | Infrared | Each has its own characteristics. |
Signal Interference | Independent channel, no interference | General Channel | Radio waves have advantages. |
Transmission Distance | 15 meters | 5 meters | Radio waves have advantages. |
Obstacle interference | No content provided. | Available | Radio waves have advantages. |
Energy Consumption | Energy-saving, approximately 1/5 less than infrared | High power consumption | Radio waves have advantages. |
Management Difficulty | Mating head and receiver are paired one-to-one, no mixing allowed. | The probe is compatible with any receiver, no worries about mismatches. | The outdoor probe requires low management. Of course, low management requirements often also lead to an increased likelihood of accidental damage and loss of the probe. |
Automatic Online Measurement:
Utilizing a 3-axis measuring principle, with the machine tool system as an auxiliary, the existing coordinates are directly used for part surface measurement. The measurement results are compared and a report is issued.
Advantages:
1. No need to disassemble parts for 3D measurement; all can be done in one go on the machine tool. Improves efficiency.
2. Not often requiring specialized 3-axis personnel; one CNC operator can handle it, low cost involved.
3. Measurement technology mature and stable, showcasing the company's processing capabilities
