This unit is suitable for the evaporation and leveling of thinners and air bubbles in the surface coating of products after rolling, spraying, or flooding, followed by drying.

Operating Principle

After the product undergoes roll coating, spraying, and immersion coating, it passes through a temperature-regulated constant-temperature tunnel. As the product enters the front section, the thinner and air bubbles in the surface coating volatilize and level out. Upon reaching the back end, at a higher temperature (or under an UV curing machine), the product undergoes drying.
