        Vacuum Rake Dryer Principle: The material to be dried is added at the center top of the housing. Under the stirring of the continuously reversing rake teeth, the material moves axially back and forth, constantly renewing the surface in contact with the inner wall of the housing. It is indirectly heated by steam, uniformly stirred by the rake teeth, and crushed by the crushing rod, causing the moisture within the material to vaporize. In the vacuum system, both the internal and surface moisture of the dried material are effectively removed. The vaporized moisture passes through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, before being exhausted from the outlet of the vacuum pump.
