When arranging transportation for large items, the logistics consignor must handle the shipment with a transportation business that has obtained the road large-scale transportation business qualification or its agent; must fill in the actual name, specifications, quantity, weight, departure date, consignor and consignee's address, and precautions during transportation on the transport document; and must submit a product description to the transportation unit. If necessary, a three-view drawing (with "+" indicating the position) of the external dimensions and specific suggestions and requirements for planned loading and reinforcement should be attached.
