Cart-type resistance furnace
The trolley-type resistance furnace is an energy-saving periodic operation furnace with ultra-energy-saving structure, utilizing fiber construction for up to 60% energy saving. It features composite high-alumina ceramic pins, collision-proof and sealed trolley bricks, an automatic sealing trolley, and a unified rail system, eliminating the need for a foundation installation and can be used directly on a level surface. It is mainly used for quenching, annealing, aging, and heat treatment of various mechanical parts, including high-chromium, high-manganese steel castings, nodular cast iron, roller, steel balls, 45 steel, and stainless steel.
Types of trolley-type resistance furnaces:
1. Low-temperature trolley-type resistance furnace
The Low-temperature Trolley-Type Resistance Furnace is a standard periodic operation furnace according to national standards. It utilizes ultra-energy-saving structures, is insulated with composite fibers, and features ultra-lightweight, high-strength micro-bead vacuum bricks for energy conservation. The trolley and furnace door are automatically sealed. Mainly used for casting annealing and aging heat treatment, as well as for the heat treatment of various mechanical parts at temperatures up to 750 degrees Celsius.
2. Mid-temperature carriage-type resistance furnace
Primarily used for heat treatment processes such as annealing, quenching, and aging for mechanical components like gray cast iron parts, steel balls, high-chromium rolls, high-manganese steel castings, wear-resistant linings, and ductile iron castings.
3. High-temperature car-type resistance furnace
High-temperature car-bottom resistance furnaces are primarily used for heat treatment processes such as solution treatment, quenching, annealing, and normalizing of mechanical parts like high-manganese steel lining plates, slurry pumps, rolling mill rolls, wear-resistant linings, nodular cast iron, and crusher hammer heads. They are also suitable for catalyst calcination, sintering, and precision mold shell calcination.
4. Caster-type tempering furnace
The trolley-type tempering electric furnace is mainly used for high-chromium cast steel roller tempering and for relieving welding stress after surface welding repair of rollers. It employs a microcomputer program with a process curve for automatic temperature control, executing the optimal tempering process curve with high precision and automation.
