Cart-type oven
Energy-saving oven for industrial mass production, mainly used for drying transformer cores and coils, spray-painted electrical cabinets and parts, rare earth materials, casting sand molds, motor drying, and more. Equipped with a trolley-style loading and unloading method, suitable for automatic loading and unloading of large quantities of workpieces. Features intelligent program temperature controller for temperature control, PID parameter self-tuning, solid-state relay for power adjustment, contactless continuous adjustment, and automatic completion of the entire drying process, capable of meeting any curing curve requirements. Easy to operate, reliable performance; selected electrical control components from both domestic and international sources to ensure optimal reliability of the curing furnace's electrical section.
Features:
Achieve timed intermittent automatic exhaust function within the process temperature range (optional according to customer requirements).
You can choose a paperless recorder, print records, or a paperless recording instrument to monitor the entire process, and analyze the drying and curing results.
According to the different arrangements of the products being baked, select a suitable hot air circulation method (top heating with vertical air supply, bottom heating with horizontal air supply, side heating with vertical air supply, etc.) to ensure more uniform temperature within the working chamber and achieve superior drying and curing effects for the coils.
An independent over-temperature alarm system is installed, which can disconnect the heating power and emit both sound and light alarms when the temperature is abnormal.
Optional low-voltage lighting system available, with observation windows in the door for real-time monitoring of the curing process.
Heated by a sealed electric heating tube, offering anti-corrosion, stable performance, and long service life.
The bottom is laid with tracks, which can be equipped with various trolley drives according to the weight of the products being baked, including manual drive, ratchet belt drive, roller chain drive, and traction cart drive.
Temperature Controller
Based on the user's on-site operation, both local control and computerized distributed control systems for multiple solidification furnaces can be optionally selected.
The system can centrally set the temperature control programs for multiple solid-state furnaces, record temperature curves, and is easy to operate, convenient, and reliable in control.
Cautionary Notes:
1. Do not heat in the oven: Place samples only when the heating is turned off and ensure the heating is off before placing them.
2. When placing samples, leave sufficient space around the top, bottom, and sides to ensure good air circulation inside the box.
3. A heat sink is placed on top of the heating wire at the bottom of the box. Do not place samples on it to avoid affecting the heat flow and causing heat accumulation.
4. If samples undergo phase changes at high temperatures, they must be placed in trays to prevent contamination of other samples (e.g., leakage after heating or transformation from solid to liquid).
5. Flammable, explosive, or other organic volatile solvents or additives are prohibited from being placed inside the box.
