Well-type tempering furnace
This product is a furnace made of steel sections and steel plates, primarily used for tempering general metal components in air, as well as for quenching, annealing, and aging heat treatment of lightweight alloy components such as aluminum die castings, pistons, and aluminum plates.
The main application of the well-type tempering furnace:
For various metal fittings, bars, and shafts, used for high and low temperature tempering, and aging after carburizing and quenching. The usage involves an electrically powered manual lifting mechanism to easily rotate and open the furnace lid, lifting the workpiece into the furnace chamber, closing the lid, setting the lower temperature, and automatically activating the fan for process heating. The circulating fan ensures uniform furnace temperature distribution. It is a periodic heat treatment equipment, and its manufacturing standards comply with national technical and safety standards.

In terms of safety, non-operators are not permitted to stand on the furnace top platform when large forging pieces are being discharged from the tempering furnace to avoid burns or personal accidents. During the hoisting of forging pieces, they must travel along designated pathways and not over personnel or equipment; the lifting of forging pieces must not exceed the allowable load of the bridge crane.
