Welded ball valves are widely used in various fields, offering stability that is unattainable by cast steel ball valves. The service life of fully welded ball valves is significantly longer than that of cast steel valves. They are extensively employed in pipeline equipment across urban gas, heating, petrochemicals, shipbuilding, steel production, pressure-reducing stations, power plants, and more.
The valve body structure is fully welded, ensuring no external leakage.
2. The valve seat is composed of a PTFE sealing ring and spring, which offers strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature. There will be no leakage within the operating range.
3. The valve stem features a leakage-proof structure with a PTFE self-sealing gasket and an O-ring at the bottom. The top is equipped with two O-rings and two PTFE seals to ensure no leakage.
4. The valve body material is identical to the pipeline material, ensuring no uneven stress and no deformation due to the vehicle's passage over the ground.
5. The valve body is lightweight and easy to insulate.
6. Direct-buried ball valves can be directly buried underground, eliminating the need for large valve wells. Only a small, shallow well on the ground is required, significantly reducing construction costs and time.
7. The valve body length and stem height can be adjusted according to the construction and design requirements of the pipeline.
8. The spherical processing is extremely precise with easy operation and no不良interference.
