Operating Principle:

During the filtration process, the dirty oil is distributed to each filter box through the input channel. The impurities are filtered onto the filter plate through the filter core, while the collected oil flows into the output channel and is discharged outside the machine. The dirt remains on the filter paper surface. The small water droplets in the emulsified oil are absorbed by the capillary tubes in the filter paper, forming larger water droplets that flow to the bottom of the filter bed. They are discharged through the drain valve as needed. As the filter cake on the filter paper surface thickens and the moisture content in the filter paper increases, the filtration resistance increases. When it reaches a certain level (usually 0.3-0.5 MPa), the filtration should be stopped, and the filter paper should be replaced before resuming use.
