Continuous waste water expansion unit is designed to expand and reduce the pressure of continuous waste water from boilers, separate the steam, and utilize it to enhance the thermal economy of power plants.
One, row usage
The continuous effluent expander is designed to expand and reduce the pressure of the continuous effluent from the boiler, separating out steam for utilization, thereby enhancing the thermal economy of the power plant.
Composition Structure:
1. Housing 2. Water Inlet Distributor 3. Foam Removal Device for Outflow 4. Safety Relief Valve 5. Liquid Level Indicator
6. Composition of the liquid regulating device. (Note: Safety relief devices and liquid level regulating devices are not included in the supply scope. If a matching set is required, it must be specified in the contract.)
Main Technical Specifications:

Note: Various specifications of continuous rows can be designed according to customer requirements; simply provide the technical parameters.
Part II: Purpose of Standardized Ranking
This involves expanding and reducing the pressure of the boiler's regular drained water; separating the steam for use, thereby improving thermal economy.
Composition Structure: 1. Shell 2. Inlet Water Distributor 3. Steam and Foam Separator 4. Manhole

Three: Water-repellent expansion vessel
Application: It is used to expand and reduce the pressure of condensate in the pipeline, separating steam and condensate. The steam is then introduced into a heat exchanger or deaerator to fully utilize its thermal energy, while the condensate is directed into a condensate tank for regular transfer to the feedwater system.
Composition Structure: 1. Housing 2. Inlet Pipe 3. Air-Water Separator, etc.
