Dongyang purchases low-voltage distribution cabinets and box-type power transformers for recycling.
The digital core of the microcomputer protection device in the electrical system generally consists of a CPU, memory, counter, and Watchdog. The mainstream of the digital core is embedded microcontroller (MCU), commonly referred to as a single-chip microcomputer; the input/output channels include analog input channels (transformer circuits for converting the measured values of CT and PT into lower voltages suitable for internal A/D conversion, ±2.5V, ±5V, or ±10V), low-pass filters, and sampling, as well as A/D conversion, and digital input/output channels (human-machine interface and various alarm signals, tripping signals, and electricity pulses).
The structural principle is shown in Figure F1. Its operating principle is similar to that of a push-button switch, but the speed of the contacts' opening and closing depends on the speed of the production machinery, and it is not suitable for use in places where the speed is below 0.4 m/min. The direct-acting stroke switch consists of: 1: Push rod; 2&4: Spring; 3: Moving break contact; 5: Moving make contact. When the stop (impact block) of the moving machinery presses on the roller of the stroke switch, the drive shaft and the rotating shaft rotate together, causing the cam to push the impact block. When the impact block reaches a certain position, it rapidly triggers the micro-motion switch. When the stop on the roller is removed, the reset spring returns the stroke switch to its original position. This is a single-roller automatic reset stroke switch. In contrast, the double-roller rotating stroke switch does not reset automatically; it relies on the reverse movement of the moving machinery, where the stop impacts another roller to reset it. The structural principle is shown in Figure F2. When the impact block on the controlled machinery strikes the impact rod with rollers, the rod turns to the right, driving the cam to rotate and push down the push rod, causing the contacts in the micro-motion switch to actuate quickly. When the moving machinery returns, under the action of the reset spring, all moving parts reset.

Circuit Breaker Failure - Preventive Measures and Procedures If the circuit breaker's opening/closing indicator light is not illuminated, operators should promptly check for any open circuits in the opening/closing circuit. During maintenance, attention should be given to measuring the resistance of the opening coil and inspecting for deformation of the opening rod. If the opening rod is made of copper, it should be replaced with steel. Low-voltage opening/closing tests must be conducted to ensure the reliability of the circuit breaker's performance. Spring Mechanism Failure of Circuit Breaker (1) After closing, the opening operation cannot be achieved; (2) The energy storage motor does not stop running, which can lead to overheating and damage of the motor coil. Circuit Breaker Failure - Hazards If the circuit breaker fails during an accident, it can lead to a more severe incident and expand the scope of the accident. Circuit Breaker Failure - Troubleshooting Methods (1) Check for any open circuits in the opening circuit; (2) Inspect the opening coil for any open circuits; (3) Measure the resistance value of the opening coil to ensure it is within specifications; (4) Check for deformation of the opening rod; (5) Verify that the operating voltage is normal; (6) Replace copper opening rods with steel to prevent deformation.
