Jianye purchases high-voltage switchgear and high-voltage circuit breakers. [Fault Analysis of Air Conditioning Refrigeration Unit] The expansion valve is blocked or the opening is too small, the system is dirty, such as if the refrigerant pipeline is not cleaned after maintenance, the refrigerant is impure or contains moisture. Insufficient refrigerant water flow or evaporator blockage lead to poor heat exchange, resulting in low evaporation temperature and low suction temperature. The opening of the expansion valve is adjusted according to the suction temperature; lower temperature results in a smaller opening, causing low valve temperature failure. False alarms caused by electrical faults, such as poor contact of the valve temperature wire, causing the computer to display -5℃ unchanged. Overheating failure of the compressor, the compressor motor winding contains a thermistor, usually with a resistance of 1kΩ. When the winding overheats, the resistance increases rapidly, and when it exceeds 141kΩ, the thermal protection module SSM activates, cutting off the unit operation, and simultaneously displaying an overheating fault with the TH fault indicator light on.

Phase-segregated enclosed busbars are used in large power plants from the generator terminal to the main transformer low-voltage side lead-out busbar, including all branch lines from the busbar to the switchgear cabinets for high-voltage transformers, voltage transformers, lightning arresters, and other equipment. The primary use of phase-segregated enclosed busbars in large power generating units is to: (1) Reduce grounding faults and prevent inter-phase short circuits. The short-circuit current at the outlet of large capacity generators is significant, posing great difficulties for circuit breakers and causing the generator to withstand the impact of the outlet short circuit. The enclosed busbar, with its protective casing, can largely eliminate external humidity, dust, and foreign objects causing grounding faults, thus improving the continuity of generator operation. Phase-segregated busbars also largely prevent inter-phase short circuits. (2) Eliminate steel structure heating. Exposed high-current busbars cause eddy currents and circulating currents in surrounding steel structures and rebars under electromagnetic induction, leading to high heat and significant losses, reducing the strength of the structure. Enclosed busbars, with their shielding casings, can fundamentally solve the issue of steel structure induction heating. (3) Reduce inter-phase short-circuit electromagnetic forces. When a large short-circuit current flows through the busbar, the shielding effect of the casing greatly reduces the electromagnetic forces on the inter-phase conductors. (4) After the busbar is enclosed, it is possible to operate under a slight positive pressure, preventing condensation on insulators, enhancing operational safety and reliability, and creating conditions for busbar ventilation and cooling.
