[Installation Precautions for Distribution Boxes] 1. The elevation or verticality of the distribution box (panel) exceeds the allowable deviation: This is due to inaccurate measurement and positioning or uneven ground, and should be corrected promptly. 2. The iron frame of the distribution box is not square: This is caused by not straightening and aligning before installation or by the offset of the fixed points during installation, and should be realigned using a plumb line before being fixed. 3. The electrical fittings and instruments on the distribution box panel are not firm, even, or evenly spaced, the pressure heads are not secure, damage the wire cores, and multi-strand wire pressure heads are not fitted with wire-end terminals. The card frame below the switchgear is not installed, loose screws should be tightened, and spacing should be adjusted evenly as required, and made even. The damaged wire cores should be cut and reconnected, multi-strand wires should be fitted with wire-end terminals, and the card frame should be supplemented. 4. The cross-section of the grounding conductor is insufficient or the cross-section of the protective earth wire is insufficient, the protective earth wire is in series, and corrections should be made in accordance with relevant regulations.
