Usage and Features:

The development of our full-range laser cutting dual-power four-jaw chuck is a comprehensive design based on our company's advanced pneumatic collets and other related pneumatic products. After multiple rounds of refining, the design was created. It features simple structure, easy installation, strong versatility, easy cleaning, durability, reliable gripping, and long-lasting precision. It can enhance operational efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and alleviate labor intensity for employees. This product is suitable for professional pipe cutting machines, pipe and plate integrated machines, and can hold various pipe components. It is ideal for cutting round, square, rectangular, and elliptical pipes. With slight modifications to the collets, it can cut pipes of various shapes.

Usage Requirements:

1. Prior to daily operations, the operator should carefully check that the clamping screw of the gripper is securely fastened and that the air source pressure is normal. Please use clean, stable compressed air, with the air pressure controlled between 0.4～0.9 MPa. It is necessary to select a hose that can withstand a pressure greater than 1.6 MPa and connect it to the product. The hose should be kept away from heat sources and open flames; otherwise, it may affect usage and safety.

2. During use, grease and lubricate all sliding and friction surfaces of the chuck, strictly follow the instructions at each grease point for maintenance, regularly add oil to the oil tank of the three-piece assembly, and control the dripping speed.

3. When the clamping jaws or roller of the chuck needs adjustment, install a nut seat on the slider and use a bolt for fine-tuning until it meets the operational requirements. After adjustment, perform a trial fitting and clamping. The slider should move freely and easily before it can enter the working state.

4. Do not modify collets at will; improper modification may damage them and render them unusable.

5. Do not continue to hold the workpiece on the chuck when it is not in use for an extended period to prevent the chuck from deforming and affecting precision.

6. Perform 2-3 cleaning sessions for the activity parts weekly, conduct maintenance on the collets every 60 days, inspect the wear of the components, and replace parts as necessary.

7. When connecting the electrical control part, pay attention to the solenoid coil voltage and connect to a power source with the appropriate voltage to avoid damaging the electrical equipment.

1. Under the condition of adhering to the rules of product transportation, storage, installation, adjustment, maintenance, and use, if the product fails to function normally due to manufacturing defects or is damaged upon unpacking due to poor packaging quality, or if the accessories do not match the packing list or there are missing parts, please contact our Quality Department within one month from the date of receipt. When sending information, please specify the product model, specifications, serial number, and manufacturing date.

2. Products should be installed and used within an environment of 0℃ to 40℃.

3. Installation and usage of the product require users to strictly follow the instructions provided. Should there be any questions or suggestions for improvement, please inform our Quality Department in writing.

Safety Usage Requirements:

The collet storage area should be equipped with effective rain and moisture prevention measures, and ensure good ventilation.

2. Packaging must not be stacked; regular inspections of packaging condition are required.

Read the installation instructions in detail before proceeding with the installation program.

4. Do not press the clamp or release button while the collet is operating; install a protective cover if necessary.

5. Turn off the power and gas supply when installing or removing the collet.

6. The chuck speed must not exceed the specified maximum speed during operation.

7. Non-professionals are prohibited from unauthorized disassembly of the main structural components of the chuck.

8. No open flames or heat sources are permitted near the气管 installation area.
