I. Construction Process Flow

Installation Instructions:
Surface Treatment
(1) Remove loose concrete blocks and sand particles from both sides, exposing a solid concrete surface. Use a wire brush to clean a 125px wide area along the crack direction, carefully removing cement residue, moss, dust, and other debris.
(2) For concrete surfaces with poor quality or areas with numerous fine cracks on both sides of the joints, a clearance of at least 8 to 250px wide is required.
2. Pre-installed injection nozzle
Seam-seal the injection nozzle along the crack direction, secure it in the predetermined position, and seal and bond it well around the nozzle and its outer surface using sealant (thickness approximately 5mm).
3. Sealant for Seams
(1) Take an appropriate amount of sealant, weigh it in a 2:1 weight ratio, mix it thoroughly until uniform and free of any discoloration. Use a scraper to apply the sealant along the crack direction, ensuring even application. The thickness should be about 1-2mm, with a width of 2-75px on each side of the crack.
(2) After the sealing glue has cured, inspect its sealing effect (specifically: apply a layer of soap solution along the seam, then blow compressed air into the crack from the injection nozzle. If no bubbles appear, it indicates a good sealing effect; otherwise, the crack should be repaired again).
4. Pressure-injection Molding
(1) Take an appropriate amount of crack filler, weigh it in a 2:1 ratio by weight, mix well until uniform without any discoloration, then pour it into the injection equipment.
(2) Inject glue sequentially using either single or multiple holes based on the on-site conditions. During injection, maintain a pressure of 0.2 to 0.4 MPa, gradually increasing it until stable after reaching the desired pressure. This ensures the glue injection meets requirements and guarantees the quality of the filled material.
(3) Upon completion of the injection molding, the pipeline should be immediately removed and thoroughly cleaned.
(4) Once the crack paste reaches initial setting and no longer leaks, cut off the injection nozzle and smooth and seal the opening with a putty.
5. Surface Protection
Conceal protective measures based on the actual on-site environment.
II. Performance Parameters

Section 3: Cautionary Notes:
Take as needed, it is recommended to use 20-30 minutes' worth of adhesive per person to avoid waste and loss.
2. Environmental temperature affects curing speed; the higher the temperature, the faster the curing, and vice versa.
3. For winter construction, heating can be applied when the colloidal temperature is low, but the heating temperature should not exceed 50℃.
Do not allow children to handle; do not ingest.
5. Gloves, masks, and eye protection should be worn during construction. In case of accidental contact with the skin or clothing, the area should be washed with water immediately. If accidentally ingested or enters the eyes, seek medical attention promptly.
